70 and sunny, bitches! Or at least that's what we kept telling ourselves. The weather was fair- not too cold, except a little rain Sat night/Sun morning. We had sunshine Saturday afternoon on a sweet beach to have our luau.
Everything was the same after the flood except a few channels toward the end that seemed to have shifted some. There used to be a right channel around mile 49 or 50 that had a little rapid in it and that channel was completely clogged with debris- only the flatter left channel will go. The take-out ramp was clogged with sediment and large trees but they have done some maintenance.
We saw more rangers, both Apache and BLM, than I have ever seen down there- none of them seemed to know the permit regs...
