Wanna do pumphouse with the kids rowing my 14 Ft raft. It is just under 900. What is a decent minimum level. More concerned with damaging the raft than I am with lack of whitewater. We can always go back at a higher level.
I've run it as low as 700 in a 14 ft oar rig. Probably wouldn't do it again at that level, but I think the flow out of Green Mt is going up this weekend and with the heat, I'll bet it's over a 1000 this weekend.
I think 1000 is plenty for Pumphouse in a large raft. The water may be tame and you may have to drag the boat over some hidden sand bars, but the rapids are all no problem.
It's more of a float trip with 2-3 decent rapids. Pretty, but bring entertainment for the kids.

I've also run it down to 700 in my 16 footer with the kids when they were small and had fun. Used to be a real drag in my bucket boat, but with a sb floor it's OK. Staying to the outside bend and deeper water keep you moving. The absolute worst part of running it this low is the guarenteed 2-3 pm wind which- in the 'lakes' section- will definitely blow you back up stream. I've also encountered hail this time of year...........

When I said I probably wouldn't run it again at 700, I didn't mean it's not runnable below that level, just not my preference. Battling the pm winds in the "lake" section, were bad enough at 700.
We did a club trip this weekend for the University of Denver Kayak Club, did pumphouse to statebridge as a 2 day. If you are planning on paddling 'the Lake' as someone else said you better pray for low winds. We had 14 kayakers and a 14ft raft for support and the raft was going upstream with the winds. The 3 of us that had rescue vests on all clipped our boats together with our tethers and had the pull the raft for close to 3 miles.
As for the level, its running good enough right now.
The winds usually kick up in the afternoon - after 1 pm, usually more like 2 pm. If you can get an early start you can get out before them. You should have no problems with a 14ft raft at 900. Like the others said maybe a sand bar if you don't know how to spot them. Stay towards the outside with the current and you should be fine.
