How come the gauge brow button rock read so much lower during this same time. Feeder creeks adding that much? Or off calibration gauge?

Buttonrock was spilling which the gauge for the spillway is not actively being sent to Internet.
The buttonrock gauge online is just below the dam but upstream of the spillway

Not sure why they didn't just send more through the dam.

Hope that helps

Whats the best way to monitor the proving grounds flow assuming buttonrock spills again? I'd like to try to get it if we get some more rain.

It seems like there isn't a gauge for the south fork....and the upper NSV isn't reading anything.
Would using riverbrain's estimation method be the bet bet? Adding the middle and south, subtracting left hand, and then subtracting that from after the confluence in Lyons?

I think it's done, there is 200 out of the reservoir and it is still spilling right now. I wouldn't recommend going lower than 300.

Also, there are rating curve issues with the Lyons gage so take it with a grain of salt.
