Pretty cool move... ej on the nile.

Not sure if anyone has seen this on the Jackson site... if you don't look VERY closely you don't see what is really going on here.

Look at the still, then click on the link (it opens bigger then if you watch it on the site) and you will see what's happening.

Throwing your paddle, a full airscrew, landing it no handed, slamming up in the foam pile of a 12 foot standing wave, then catching your paddle.

A bit hokey yes, but I rode that wave and there is no way in hell I would ever let go of my paddle. The back wash of these rapids can be IVish just to get to the side of the river let alone with out a paddle and potentially upside down. Not me...

Fucking insane. I swear I watched that a dozen times and am still blown away. I wanna know how many times he screwed it up (no pun intended) before he was actually able to throw the paddle in the correct way. Just another damn video to make me feel lame about my cartwheels and loops next time I go boating .

The whole thing is CG...has to be. Adobe photoshop. Pixar. Something.

Too unreal.
I hope in the future Americans are thought of as a warlike, vicious people, because I bet a lot of high schools would pick "Americans" as their mascot. -Jack Handy
