Poudre Still Running? Rock Report?

Just wondering if this 100 CFS the Poudre is reporting makes for, at least an excuse to go get out on the river? I'd imagine it is still runnable thru some sections, bridges? poudre park? Mishes? Any body have any experience at this level? Oh the Gnar~~

The rock is at about 1.3 and the narrows are still fun. Good play wave after the entrance move on lowers

Pineview Falls and Bridges channelize really well. I've heard you can run them as low as you want. Never personally been in there this low though.

Unless you're really jonzin', 1 ft on the rock is pretty boring, even on the Bridges section (the only one worth running other than the Narrows). I mean it's better than being in the office or having to deal with your in-laws or sitting through the movie Twister but there ain't much to it. A few waves here and there.

I ran it yesterday at current flows of 108 cfs aka 1.1 feet.

I thought I was commiting to some sort of record low flow. Pineview is still fun and has plenty of water to run the Disney slide on the FAR LEFT. Down the center will ruin you.

Surf the V-Wave below the large rock, it's one of the best waves available right now. It's a great level to learn Pine View in general.

Careful on the rapid just before Bridges put in, there's not a single clean line.... bumpidy bump bump.

As far as Bridges.... it's not great but is barely runnable at 108 cfs as of yesterday. Last week it was at 150 and it was great.

There's one decent wave just above the cabin above Killer Bridge Rapid. It's nice, I enjoyed it. Besides that, not much play. But it's the most beautiful place.... so I don't care....

I'll be there Saturday taking a friend down for his first time.

1.5 is a fun level for the narrows. If your looking to step up or work on your Boof, this is a good level to see where you stand. Lap the lowers if you wan't. Do it 10 times and you'll be spent.
