Poudre Rock Report - Middle & Lower Narrows

Anyone seen the rock level lately? Is the middle narrows still runnable? I know some friends ran it last year at 1.0'.

The superintendent of Water Supply and Storage Co. (Long Draw folks) told me last week that they would dump 120 from Sunday to Tuesday, which we will see down below Rustic on Monday into Wednesday morning. He said that this the only thing that would stop this is lots of rain, which we have not seen this week.

I'll be up there with the mini-me for one last Pineveiw/Brideges lap. Get it while it's tricklin'!

If 120cfs is released the water should be just above 1ft, maybe a little higher. You should still be able to do laps on middle and lower.

Randal-I got my phone back. Give me a call if you want to go up mon or tues.

I ran from sportscar thru mish falls on tuesday at 1.2-1.3

Lower narrows still looks fun at 1.0, even doable but scrapy at .8

Yesterday the rock was just below 1'. You can run middle narrows at that level if you really want, but it's boney. It's an easy level for upper and lower. Watch out for about 1.25'. Whiteline seems to get much more sticky at that level as opposed to just below 1' for some reason...
