Poudre boatable?

Can anyone with experience relate to me if Poudre Park through Bridges is boatable with a creek boat at the present flow of 1.6 at Pineview? Many thanks...

Narrows would be more fun, if it is not above your ability (IV, 4+, at low water), but all sections are passable in a hard-shell, scrapey in rubber.

We had an awesome time from Tunnel through Bridges at 1.7 in duckies and play boats the other day. Plenty of small surf left and Pine Vu is great right now!
