that sure did happen fast...
I'm still waiting on a visual for the confirmation, but with the rise the past few days, who knows? Looks like this weekend may really kick things off up the poudre!

603?? Where are you seeing that, I am seeing 390 and 263, and I would say 263 is after the diversion and 390 is just before it at the mouth, but where did you get 603? Just wondering.

So do we think that this just means that they have stopped diverting at the bottom and now we are seeing the real flow coming past the mouth?

not sure.

Maybe, but I was thinking from past experience that 600cfs through pine view was greater than 2' ?

I am probably wrong, because the increase was a step function. Either the reservoir filled and is now spilling, or the diversion stopped. With the impending weather, I would guess the diversion stopped...

Guys I swear it said 603 cfs at the top of the graph. I copied it directly. Sorry for the fuss, I couldn't resist.

Hey RR, I saw it too. The graph still shows it. Who knows whats going on. They probably shut down the diversion, then fired it back up again, or started the diversion up the canyon ~ a mile below bridges take out. Whatever is going on, I'm still betting the rock will be 2ft. + today with the rain last night and the trend of the past few days.
bring on the rock reports!

Poudre Rock Report said 1.9 last night.

Frenchy have you been near there today??

I'm guessing they stopped diverting and its in the 2 feet range. Weather is going to be cool all weekend so it will probably go down or stay where its at.

The gauge "reading" says 390 now.

So can someone explain the disparity between the
"Most Recent Value"

and the actual graph. Because even these aren't the same.

As of 10:30 AM 5/4 Most Recent Value is 390
but if you look at the graphic it is in the 500's.

What's up with that?
