Try the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Montana or Wyoming because that where, at least Nick Turner will be once the park service in Yellowstone is finished with him.

I think he's paid his dues with the NPS already. Apparently, last summer he (and others?) got caught boating the Yellowstone River in the park. I don't think they (NPS) were too happy about it since their write-up (or should we say the Yellowstone Liberation Army) of that whitewater in Montana Surf. From what I've heard, part of your punishment is a $3,000 fine and confiscation of all your gear. Sounds like some sweet runs in their though. -D
