Plateau Creek 700+ ?

Whats up with the Plateau guage? I know there was rain on the Mesa last night but a 300+CFS spike? Looks like its flat lining in the a.m.. If it is up is anyone planning to run it this weekend?

What's plateau all about, I have driven that canyon once but I don't remember much about the river as it was winter.

I am itching to boat this weekend and am contemplating a drive from the front range out there if it is worth it.

I kinda want a nice class 3-4 run to warm up on and not jump on gore for my first trip of the year.

Any beta is definitley apreciatted
Danny

Its not worth coming for Denver for. Its more like 2+, with some 3 at the bottom. If it runs around 1k-2k like last year then it could be worth it, because you can run buzzard as well (III-IV). Right now, its back to 400cfs, and not really worth it.
