Pinned Boat On South Platte - Denver

Anyone know about a boat pinned in the drop structure at the Denver Water & Sewer Offices? It's the major double drop structure just North of Alameda Ave. It looks like a Dancer or the like (Green @ Purple), pinned vertically. I don't think it's coming out until the water levels lower, if at all.
