Pine creek/Granite?

The flow was around 300cfs for a couple of weeks then dropped on Saturday. The temps are back up and according to the gauge its at 100cfs right now. Anybody know whats up?

I heard something about the twin lakes damn being shut off for maintenance, but I don't know if it's accurate.
