Peak passing on Blue

On Sunday, we reduced releases from Green Mountain to the Lower Blue by 200 cfs. Today, we scaled them back another 200 cfs.

There should be about 850 cfs in the Lower Blue this evening.

Looks like the run off peak on the Blue River has passed. We're starting to move back down, again.
