Paddling in Alaska??

Hey all,
I am moving to Cordova, AK this summer to work for a guiding outfit and I am looking for paddlers! Apparently there is a sweet creek that runs through town and a few other things going on... The town is a bit hard to access but if anybody thinks they'll be there paddling let me know!

gonna be tough finding paddlers who live in cordova, unless someone's moved there recently, but i have a friend in anchorage who's paddled out that way a few times. drop me a pm if you want his number.

out of curiosity, who'd you hear about a sweet creek running through the town of cordova from? what's the run supposed to be like?

Yeah... I figured I would just put it out there in case anybody was going to be in that area... I would definitely get in touch with your friend when I am there if you wanna give me his number. The guy I am working for told me about the creek, I guess he does some creeking as well, we're just working on getting boats there. Its called Power Creek, I only really know the little he told me and whats on AW which says its a short gorge run at IV-V.
