Still loving the Mitchell Remedy with double torque shaft. I switched over blade shape from the Kinetic, which Is still an excellent choice. The new Remedy blades have a very durable edge they have been refining over the past year. I think it has a foam core and urethane edges, different from the rope edges that most of the wood blades had.
Lendal just got bought by Johnson, but in the past they have been producing a breakdown version of the kinetic power blade with a bent shaft double tourque. 4-piece so it fits in any boat. Now I have the same bent shaft with the blade I carry as a one piece and what you are packing in the back of your boat. Got Lendal to give er a 20 degree offset so the shaft and offset of my blades are the same on both paddles. Nothing sucks more than stepping back on a creek after breaking the paddle you are used to and taking a stroke with a paddle that has an anchient blade shape, plus the 90 degree offset.
