I'm having a problem with my left elbow. It feels like tendonitis, which I suffered from in my younger days on the softball field. I paddled for about 2 hours yesterday and today the pain has migrated down to my index and middle fingers. I don't notice it too bad when I'm paddling, just after and during the night.
Do other paddlers suffer from this, or is it just an old age thing? Can I help myself by concentrating on my grip, (overgripping?)? Does anyone know if its something a doc can fix? Its starting to effect my strength, and in sports(which I can't live without), I'm basically left handed. Any thoughts?
