Owyhee flow prediction

Does anyone have a good sense for how to interpret the flow predictions for the Owyhee? I've been watching the Snotel data for the basin and both the NOAA and the USBR predictions and neither of them seems to match all that well with what actually shows up at the USGS guage in Rome. We're hoping to drive up there in a week, but it would sort of suck to get halfway through the trip and have the water drop out...

this is pretty early we went may 20th last year and had a good time call your suttle driver they will ahve the info

We did a quick self - support overnighter. Put on Wednesday night, at 6:30 - paddled till dark, and finished, about 30 miles, the next day. It was a push for sure, but good times. From what I understand, listening to the folks that let me tag along, the Owyhee might be done already.

Rome gauge hovered around showed fluctuating levels of 1300 - 1500 during those days, dropping.
