Just got an Esquif Zephyr oc1 used and the outfitting is very nice and too small for my frame. I can't get into the saddle all the way and feel like the best option for me is to cut out the thigh braces and move them forward an inch or two; or move the saddle back an inch or two. sorry, reread your post and it sounds like you've got a bulkhead, esquif outfitting, right? what about shaving out the leg hooks so that you can slide all of the way in? get a sureform and take a little bit of foam off at a time until you get your ass on the saddle, then go paddle!
