..........yes, i'm pleased to announce that the ONE-RIVER-EXPEDITION has gained support from a group of very talented paddlers!!!!!!.......after two years of talk(mostly to myself) and countless phone calls(mostly 1-900#'s) i was finally approached at CKS's PADDLEFEST(a great event sure to grow every year) there i the bar, trod and on my way to being trodden, when all of a sudden a young stud of a kayaker(LAKE CITY stock) approaches me and says........"(burp) one river expe(burp)dition, ever do it?(burp)".......(burp) no, i say......gettin' good flows at all three features can be tough(burp)......besides, i'm scared of WERNER TRAIL at night....(burp)....that's Tutty Tat's turf.......(READ: my neighbor used the WERNER TRAIL last weekend to access the river for fishing.....they got lost on the way down(3 hour epic)but were "able" to locate t-t-t-two cave/den/homes complete with prints!!!....they were freakin' until they got back into the car later that night)............................................ .you look and feel like a wounded animal(burp) when you're hiking out....we talked about it for a bit and even though we had PBR burp-vapor-droplets condensating on our eye lids, we started to see "eye to eye"......other young stud kayakers (ALMONTE STOCK, GUNNY STOCK) signed up......i invited a veteran SEVEN RIVERS EXPEDITION stud kayaker(GLENWOOD SPRINGS TRANSPLANT) to join us....the only feature not going right now is the MONTROSE BOX....another 100-300cfs and bingo........lookin' to draft a montrose local, a hotshot, a young gun so to speak, a little man with big.....paddle strokes.....oh, i know who.......M-WAVE-AIR-MASTER(montrose stock)........and... i know.... that, just because i stuck a flat spin at the BV playpark doesn't mean i can on the M-WAVE......cause i probably won't stick it.....JRranger420CB

Buuurrrpp... JR 420 CB, sound like a hotshot convention is getting put together here. I ran through the Trose today on the way to Durango. I couldn't help thinking of all the badass trips down there over the years as I cruised through the whitewater capital of Colorado. Hearing the epic tale of cats in the M-Box makes sense to me....I'm just glad that the Teradactyl population is under control down there these days. My boys in CB say that AT makes a great cat smacker. It was awesome to hang with a hotshot of your caliber this past week. I may be in the SE for now but the M-BOX is still the home run for sure. Best of luck on the ONE RIVER EXPEDITION.

get trod,
