October Hole

The October Hole is complete! We finished late last night. It is very much like the Black Bea Hole in performance, but a bit narrower. The challenge to building this hole is that the pool below it can change dramaticaly since it is controlled by a irrigation structure. Here are some things to note.

1. Make sure you keep track of any beginners who swim. There is a wier dam about 150 yards below this structure; however. the pool leading up to it is calm.

2. When parking park near the qhite and blue pole and do not block the dirt road beside it

3. Have fun. Right now it is 70 cfs, so it is not too exciting

Thanks for the update. I'm glad you guys got it done, and glad to see that all of the the cash that folks donated was put to good use. Can you keep us informed with levels and how the hole is so that we know when to come check it out?
