Iv'e paddled the ocee cleanly multiple times and was wondering if i was ready for the cheoh. If anyone could give me their opinion that would be great

Its hard to say, they are two very different styles of river. The cheoah is a very very continuous class IV+ stretch. Its is de-watered most of the year so there is a substantial amount of vegetation in the middle of the river. I felt that it was much more pushy than the ocoee. If you decide to go for it make sure your first time down is with people who know the river. Lines can sometimes be pretty ambiguous and swims can be long and painful. But if you have a solid roll and good ability to read water you should be fine. Its one of my favorite rivers, tons of fun. Oh and run it in your creeker your first time. Hope that helps some.

Remember that the hardest (most fun) part of the river is the last mile. So don't let your guard down after Bear Creek Falls. There is not a comparable river in the Southeast to the Cheoah. The holes and features are similar to the Upper Ocoee ex. Roach Motel, just not any pools at the bottom of the rapids on the Cheoah. One of the best runs in the South.
