Yesterday we ran w fk clear creek and it was pretty manky. The gauge said high but it was on the low side of runnable. Then went up and checked out Woods creek which was at a good level. The gate (no trespassing sign) at the top of the dirt road leading to the put-in was locked and you have to hike down to the river. There was no major wood in the section that we looked. We didn't run it but it definitely looked doable.
We also ran the lower mank cascades from Silverplume to Georgetown. This section was running at a medium level yesterday around 4pm and was a lot of fun. I would rate this lower section with more than 1 star (McCutch/Stafford), although i did randomly pin and dented the front of my Burn. My neck is still sore from the impact.
