might try hacks tackle and outfitters in saratoga. dont know if they shuttle northgate, as i dont think they guide that stretch-but if anything is available, they'll know.

my suggestion would be to try north park anglers in walden. they would surely know of someone closer than saratoga that could shuttle you at northgate. i know an older couple in the area that does shuttles for us when we float and fish the river closer to saratoga, but i doubt they would want to head down to 6-mile to run your shuttle, especially with the cost of fuel now.

That may be worth a shot, but hacks does run from 6 mile on down, so its not really very far out of the way if they are already down there on the day of your trip.

Hitch hike it

Although it's fairly remote hitchiking is generally pretty easy. Especially if you're there on a weekend while it is running you should be able to find some fishermen or rafters. I've been amazed how quickly I got a ride everytime I've been there.

Not a commercial shuttle–

I live fairly close to Northgate and enjoy the run (at 1000+ cfs, which it ain't at the moment).

Send me a PM with your e-mail address. I'll let you know when I plan to run it (or vice versa), so we can devise a shuttle plan.
