Northgate Canyon

It has been many years since I kayaked Northgate Canyon on the North Platte River. I want to row my family down there in a 14-foot self-bailer. Can anyone advise me as to what flowrates I should be looking for? I remember it as having a lot of rock gardens.

Also, what are the put-in and take-out for a day trip? Thanks.
