North Platte

Does anyone know how many cfs is too high to float the North Platte from Six Mile to Saratoga?
I saw a 5/30/10 photo taken of the Shay bridge (between Treasure Island and Saratoga.) It looked like there was not enough clearance. Northgate was at 1970 cfs on that day but I think the Saratoga flows would be more indicative of the possibility.

At what cfs rate is that part of the river considered too high to float?
I've canoed this section many times. But never above 2150 cfs.
