How much water is needed to do the run from Livermore to Semen resevoir? Will it run after all this foothills snow? What is the run like?

I don't remember the flow when I ran it, but it was really mellow. There was only one III rapid, and a long paddle out on the reservoir. There were at least 5 barbed wire strands across the river though. Very hard to see. It was sorta pretty, but I won't run it again.
