I just received a post card mailer for a public input meeting for the Northern Integrated Supply Project (NISP). The meeting is March 30 from 5.00 to 7.30pm, at the American Legion Post 4, 2124 County Road 54G, Ft. Collins. It appears the primary topic of this meeting is to discuss the relocation of 287 north of Ted's Place. I think they need to relocate the road, then build the reservoir that will then suck water off the Poudre.
