New to kayaking in Fort Collins

I have just started to learn how to kayak and am interested in meeting other people to get out there with or hearing any suggestions anybody might have. I live in Fort Collins and would prefer to stay close, but can go most places. I'm pretty much brand new to paddling and am at a novice level but trying to improve. Thanks.

Hey...Are you by any chance a CSU Student??? We got a great new kayak club up and running these days. 90% of the guys/girls involved right now are beginers so it would not only be a great place to come and learn a few things but also to get hooked up with others to paddle with. We are planning on having pool sessions again starting fall semester and continuing throughout the year. We dont have an official web site set up yet, but if you or anyone else is interested I'll add you to the email list. Just send me a PM.
