New to kayaking

I'm fairly new to kayaking and I'm looking for some people that would help me get some experience on the water. I live in Grand Jct. and would love to meet some new people.

look for kyle mckutchen. he is from junction and probably knows some people for you to boat with. he doesn't live there any more. shout out to him on the buzz and he will answer back.

if you don't have a group of people around you to go boating with I would suggest joining the CWWA (coloradowhitewater.org) and signing up for some of their trips. you can do trips with people at your skilll level and end up boating with them outside of CWWA.

OR, if you are really hot, another alternative would be to just go hang out at put-ins and ask people to take you down the river.
