New Playboat for a tall guy....

So it looks as though a new boat is in my near future. What I am trying to gleen from the masses here is what is the best playboat, in your mind, for a 6'5" size 13 shoe with a 36" inseam? I'm a big guy with hopes of a nimble little playboat. Getting out of an EZG60 if this helps.

Should I go...
Jackson Super Star
LL Big Foot
Pyranha 420, not sure I would fit...
Fluid
___________

Your opinions would be much appreciated...

I also am 6'5" tall with 13 boats and I fit into the kingpin 6.3. The 6.3 is a great boat for a bigger guy - my bro who is a bit smaller than me - has paddled a 6.3 for 5 or so seasons now and still likes the 6.3 above the 420 or the 62 project.

After I left my 6.3 in Chile I got a 420 - I fit in her with my nike boots on. If you can fit into a 420 I would go with that. It is IMO the best boat for a bigger guy. I also have a 62 project that most of the time sits in the quiver while the 420 and the 6.3 go out surfin for the evening.

We made the Agent 6.4 for the big boys. I am 6'4 with 12s' and I have room to spare. We made it even bigger then the one we brought to OR. Nice thing about my new position with Dagger is making sure we look out for big paddlers since I am one. Before we sent the 6.4 to the mold maker I had Snowy ad even more to the feet and raise the knees. We just got it back and will begin molding in the next two weeks. Sick boat. With Rush and Andrew it took two of the spots on the men's US national team for 2007.

How about 6'8"? Do you think I would fit? Most of the time the middle bulkhead does not allow the correct angle for my legs to slide in.

I can not even imagine fitting into a playboat without a heatgun or some modification to the outfitting.

RDNEK,

I have tried to sit in the 420 m/l and the Proj 62 and cannot get in without moving the seat back. Is there really good room if the seat goes back? I know that I cannot get the most luxurious feel in a playboat and am willing to sit in some pain but only to a certain extent.

If you're doing it and paddling that boat I assume that it goes back just far enough, but would you really recommend it? I'd love a 420 or the 62.

Check out the Ronin 59 from Liquidlogic, It has more room than the Vision 56 Bigfoot. Super Comfy...comfort has been my biggest issue with playboats cause I'm tall with big feet too. The cone of comfort and LL footblock is very nice and keep me from destroying my feet...

Riot Astro 58 is pretty decent. I am somewhat light for it at 180lbs but have 33-34ish inseam and 12.5-13 kicks.

EZGsooner: Why are you getting out of the EZG 60? Not playful enough for you?

I was looking at that boat, and I'm 6'2/197lbs/size 12 feet.

I have had a couple issues with mine. Most of the EZG's I know that are paddled don't have any problems what so ever. I just got lucky twice. Thought I would change it up a little, a little spice.
