Need advice for great BANDS

I'm in the final planning stages for a series of events benefiting the nonprofit organization GOALS (Get Outside And Learn Something). One is a movie premiere and the other is a downriver race - we're hoping to improve both events by signing a band to play after each.
I've been very impressed with Miss the Boat and Mountain Standard Time, both of whom have played recently or are getting ready to do so at "boater-based" events in Chaffee County. Can anyone recommend other bands with similar sound (rock/bluegrass) who might be interested in playing this type of an event?
Thanks in advance.

Both out of Jackson Wy. The Random Canyon Growlers and Jet Black Ninja Funkgrass Unit. Elaphant Revival is awsome but fairly well known touring group. May have a hardish time getting/affording them. I think both the bands I mentioned have web sites. JBNFGU does for shure and either Brad Corbin or Tim Farris will know how to get a hold of the Random Canyon boys.

I would second Roger Clyne. Green and dumb is one of my all time favorites.
Also, Old Crow Medicine Show would be a good option.

check out Oakhurst, they are a denver based band right up your ally. Missed the boat actually opened two nights for them.
