Natty Black Canyon flows will flood a Delta Wal-Mart!
The right to building on a floodplain is sort of a touchy subject these days, with the New Orleans disaster and all. I just thought it was interesting, that since the last time massive amounts of water came down the gunny all at once (96 was it?) the people of Delta decided it was okay to build a Wal Mart and some other stuff, where a swamp used to be. I wonder what will happen.
