The falls are runnable, 1st problem is that it is on an Indian reservation and they won't allow it and 2nd problem is that the falls are directly below Nambe Dam. You would have to rap down from the dam to access the falls and then national security comes into play. The section that drains into the lake above the Dam looks promising, but also Indian land.
