My kayak needs a ride from BV to Glenwood

Is anybody able to bring a Habitat over to Glenwood Springs from Buena Vista? I have a broken leg and can't drive but want to get my boat over here so I can use it in the next couple weeks.

I am happy to pay for your gas.

Thanks,
Chris

I feel your pain. Literally. The nerve in my foot is burning pretty good right now(from my broken leg two years ago). How did ya break it?

Dave,
Technically I did not break it. Someone else did it for me. Someone fell on me while playing hockey. It was an accident (but i still think the guy is lame). He was 6'6" 250ish and fell on my leg. The fibula broke in 3 places and tore the ligaments in the ankle. I have been on crutches for 6 weeks and am ready to ween off of them.

Thanks for asking. How was winter? Ready to paddle?

Mut

Ouch! That hockey stuff is dangerous. I remember when kayaking was dangerous. Heal up quick. Hope to see ya on the river this season.

caliclimber. If you buy the boat, I'll put in $75 for gas. Does that sound fair?

I'm not sure on the boat yet. So if you can set something up go for it.

Bump

I still need a boat ride from BV. If anyone is headed out toward Moab or anywhere west on 70, I can meet you at the off ramp. Still willing to pay for gas money.
