My House is For Sale on the Eagle River

My condo is on the market. It's literally walk out with your pfd, drag your boat into the water. At runoff, you could throw a rock and hit river from my deck. Free parking at Arrowhead ski lift is 5 minutes away.

It's also probably less than half a mile from the Edwards boat launch area.

2bd 2ba, Garage, partial hardwood, vaulted ceilings, some minor upgrades, newer construction compared to other things in this range.

If you are intersted in having a look, PM me. Click the link for more info and pictures. (things will be more green in a week or two):

Condos for Sale in Villas at Brett Ranch, Edwards, Colorado $382,000

Thanks!

That all sounded pretty cool so I clicked the link, went to the satellite view and while I couldn't see the condo, must be stealth variety, it did put the little orange marker right smack dab in the middle between the lanes of I-70.

I'm guessing that will make setting up shuttle pretty easy!

Yeah, that's weird... Despite what people think about Eagle County, it isn't in the median, haha!

It is one of the grey ones next to the river in the photo. The good thing is that the highway is down the other side of a hill that seperates things.
