Monarch/$20/kayaks on snow?

Anyone know if it is worth the $20 to go up and do the Kayaks on Snow up at Monarch? I talk to someone up there and they made it sound as if you had to do the competition if you wanted to have your boat out up there. Any feed back would be great.

it depends on you and how far a drive, etc...

you do have to be a part of the comp., which isn't all that serious and a boat load of fun...I believe last year they tweaked the course a little, years before people were catching some serious air...

you can always bring your board/sticks and enjoy your day if the comp isnt for you....
