Mesa Canyon - low flow

I'm over at Pagosa for the weekend and have the family and duckies. What's the lowest (reasonable) flow we could do Mesa Canyon and still have some fun? Boney is OK, I just don't want to have to carry the boats or take 10 hours to do the run. Thanks
