Memorial on top of Flagstaff

There has been some confusion. Adam's memorial is not at Chataqua park. It is at the sunrise amphiteater on the summit of flagstaff mountain. Take Baseline Road west out of Boulder. 3.5 miles up is a right turn that goes to to the amphiteater. Parking is somewhat limited; carpooling is encouraged.

It is at 3pm wednesday may 31st.

After the memorial the family is hosting a reception at the Millenium Harvest House Hotel in Boulder. Go back down the mountain. Take baseline east go under 36 and immediately turn left to get onto 36. you will go down a hill at the bottom of which is Boulder Creek. Turn left immediately after the creek into the Millenium Harvest House.

After the reception we will be inviting people back to our house for some more food, drinks and a fire. We live 20 minutes north in Longmont. If you need to get hold of me you can reach me at kayakingkate@yahoo.com

Apparently there isn't enough parking at the amphitheater - there will be a shuttle running from Chatauqua Park where the dining hall and ranger station are located. m
