I assumed it would be low but I was unable to find a gauge so was unsure. Far as destination features, I'll go ahead and assume that our definitions are not the same. If it's a retentive hole and deep enough to sink an end than it's something I have to drive at least 500 miles to get to so............... you know. Larimer Co. needs another play park, you hear me Ft. Collins?
Shipley's crew is working on Lyons as well. They are engineers and don't have a degree for shovel use, so the contract it out.
There is a plan in Lyons for 2016 re-vamp of meadow park.
There is currently a slalom course in lyons, and the bear hole/wave.
Nathans wave is a high water feature, solid for sure but needs about 400 to hit ends in.
I think they are doing a great job, glad to have the options around.
Depending on where you are going to/coming from there should still be good play options.
You're aware of the poudre, lots of good play there. Ark valley will be the best options if the levels drop. 300-400 at salida is a good minimum.
if the numbers are above 250 you can surf a ton of waves and hit ends all along the numbers, its deep.
There is a take out feature at gore canyon now, and if you are solid enough to take your playboat down gore you will have endless play in gore also.
check out Wyoming also, idk much about it but ive heard there is late season play there as well.
