Lyons play at low water?

I haven't been over to the play spots in Lyons for a while (i.e. BB hole, A hole, October hole). Are they any good at current levels for some early season warm-up? Golden and Lyons being equidistant from where I am in Boulder, which is the better pick?

Definitely worth it as a warm up at current flows above 100cfs. If it drops below 100 it's not worth it unless you're a Lyons local. Flatspins for sure in most all holes with the exception of blackbear. I don't believe ariel possibilities exist yet... only in the eddy

We're heading out of Fort Collins in an hour or so... teaching the gf how to surf.

New rocks at A-hole look to have improved it. Looks really good at current flows.
Loops may be possible.

I've seen konschnik there at 75. Don't believe him.... I was probably with him. Low flow boaters unite.

Depends on your definition of good, but it was great yesterday and is on the rise. O-hole and Arn's hole have both changed. O hole will be sweet at bigger flows this year. Good work Arn. Also of note, some race gates in the O-hole area with more to come. Can't wait for more water.

I'll be there tomorrow after work.
