Dave Frank aforementioned shit pipe is at the Eagle Fairgrounds area.

Kinda thought you were talking about the Gore Creek shit pipes at first.

Just did the Sewer Treatment to Trestle last nite....great flow. And the hole (bottom right) at Trestle is no biggie. Would stuff small raft.

the hole at the bottom right side of Trestle rapid is typically no biggie. Although it did flip a raft last Sunday...better to be closer to the rock on the left than the house rock on the right

I just did the Lower Eagle from Wolcott to the fairgrounds yesterday. It was the maiden voyage in my new raft, so if a newbie can do it, anyone can. I went with friends who run it all the time, so I had some guidance on where to go and where not to.

I was told to miss the hole on the Interstate rapid - and I ended up right in it. LOL Wasn't that bad, and I hit it straight at least. Dead Cow was just a lot of fun really, I didn't experience much that should worry anyone. I assume everyone is referring to the pipe that corss the river (pretty low actually) and has a couple of supports into the river. As long as you're paying attention, it's a non-event (just watch your head!).

The funniest part was Rodeo. We eddied out just above it because the friend I was with wanted an adult in his boat to help hold onto kids (took 4 kids all under 8 and under). Everyone jumped into his boat, leaving me on my own. No confidence in the new guy? LOL They still won't tell me what the odds were on me making it through, but I managed.

I'm told there's probably only a couple of weeks left on that run, so I hope to catch it again before it's too low. It's a lot of fun, especially for newbies and families, and it's a really beautiful trip. I'd like to catch a bit more of it upstream on the next one, we just didn't have time, being Father's Day and all...
