I would recommend the Black Rock run at this level. It is at about the lowest flow that you would want to run any section of Clear Creek right now. At 150 cfs Black Rock's 3 major rapids are class IV with a few spots that are IV+. Even Rigor Mortis is easy at this level. The lower run has too many wide spots where you are going to be dragging along on your ass. The major rapids on Black Rock are narrow with relatively deep water down the lines but you will still be scraping ass between rapids.
If you are only comfortable up to class III then I would say do the lower run but if class III is boring for you then Black Rock is the way to go today.
