Lost paddles, or I'm an idiot
First, I lost 2 kids paddles at Black Rocks in Ruby Horsetheif when a gust of wind flipped an empty (except for the paddles) kid raft I was towing. One of them is wood w/ 'Camp Sequoia' on the blade, much sentimental value to Mom and dughter, the other is plastic w/ aluminum shaft.
Second, my 3 grown up paddles bounced out of the trailer while driving from Indian Crossing (Green River B section take out) to Maybell CO. 2 are wooden Sawyer paddles and the third is a plastic w/ aluminum shaft also has a white line across the blade.
Both of these screw ups happened in the same week, but otherwise it was an excellent week.
