Boatertalk is nearly worthless IMO, check out West Virginia Wildwater Association (WVWA) they are pretty active this time of year and schedule alot of trips, you might be able to wedge yourself in.
I'm a round boater, but if I wasn't basically booked for the next 2 weeks I'd take ya up on it.
It wouldn't take too much rain to get some of the lesser known really nice III-III+ runs flowing at the moment. Watch for the Bluestone, Back fork of Elk, Down Elk, South Fork of Cherry or maybe even Dry Fork/Black Fork or Big Sandy to come up if we get any rain next week.
Of course you can always count on the New and usually the Gauley.
