Looking for friends in Cody

I'm going to be in Cody Tuesday night through Friday and was hoping that there might be someone willing to take me down the town run. My friends were telling me that there is a Tuesday night town-run group, but I doubt I'll make it to town in time to join in, considering I'm leaving from Laramie around 1:00. It also looks like I'll be traveling through rain and/or snow most of the way.

I see that the weather will get progressively better throughout the week, so I'm hoping it will be nice enough for a quick run or two in the late after noons, or evenings. I'll be attending a conference during the days.

As far as skill level, I had a great time on the Blue today, though it was a little low. I'm not looking for anything over class III.

Thanks,
Deb

(Yes Marty, its me. MaryJane was getting me into trouble! )

Varmit, thanks for the info....it worked.

I hooked up with Andy and Steve who took me up to the power plant. The river is awesomely beautiful, deep greens and deep holes. Fish jumping everywhere. Oh, and the fishermen are nice!

I just wanted to post a huge thanks to Andy and Steve and to recommend that if you're in Cody, stop by Gradient Sports, or call Andy, the owner. They know and love their river and are anxious to share it, even with a class III, old, fairly new boater.

Thanks again guys!

Deb
