Looking for a room to rent in Salida/BV

Howdy, I'm looking for a room to rent in either Salida or BV and I thought this would be a good place to check. It's for myself and my very friendly, kinda large, black lab 'barley'. I'll be moving up at the end of April, and will be visiting a few times before then to check out some places. I'd also be game for going in on a place if there is anyone else looking for a room.
