Anyone paddle one of these? I'm curious to check one out but live 6 hrs from any boat dealers that carry them. So, I have to live vicariously through you guys.... Anyway I weigh 170 and am thinking that's not a good weight to be for these boats but hopefully that's not the case.

I weigh about 165 and the Ronin 49 was way too small for me.

It reminded me of the old Dagger FX.

The 59 might fit you well.

I am 180 lbs and fit quite comfortably in the Ronin 59, in fact, I can put in a foam foot block. I can also "fit" in the 49 if I move the seat all the way back and take out the foam, but it's not ideal. I will say however, that I am pretty much 6 feet tall and from what I've experienced, it doesn't matter too much how far back the seat is because the volume is pretty well distributed throughout the stern, so you wont wheelie everywhere you go, (unless you want to). The way I fit in the 49, I wouldn't use it for anything but play or class III, but I'd feel comfortable using the 59 as a river runner. Either way, you should definately check them out.
