levels for USS on the Poudre?

I bought a squirt boat last fall and I'm itching to try it out.

What are the ideal levels for the USS? I saw an old post that said 2 to 3 ft.

My guess is that, if the recent trend holds, the level will be back down to 2.8 or 2.9 ft by this evening. Is that a decent level?

Thanks.

Hi Paul,

Pine View was 3 1/4 this morning, which is a little high. The USS is best between 2.5' and near 3', but can be fun down to 2'.

Hope that helps,

Ethan

2.5 is the sweet spot. I think close to 3' it starts to get a little hard to get in the seam.

Be sure to join us for Sonar Cup V later in June.
