Yes, SB 62 was voted down today!!! They can still rescript it and put in a late bill on this session. Congrats to everyone who worked on this.

Hoppe said unless the state sets limits on recreational water use, small communities including Golden and Breckenridge could swallow up precious water supplies for recreational use.

Recreational use of these waters is one of the only productive non-consupmtive uses of said resources- MORON.
