UPDATE ON SB 62: Limiting Recreational Water Use
Current Status: SB 62 passed out of the Senate and is now awaiting a committee assignment in the House. As soon as we know in which committee the bill will be heard and the date of the committee hearing, we will let you know.
In the mean time we need your help to:
1)Build our Coalition List of Opposition: We need to add as many local businesses, organizations, individuals, government officials and entities...etc to our coalition opposition list. Please review the attached list of No on SB 62 endorsers and send me your ideas of folks to contact who would be interested in being included on the list. 2)Identify People to Testify at the hearing in the House: Please let me know if you would be interested in testifying in person at the Committee Hearing at the Capitol!!! Or if you have ideas of folks who should testify! I will help provide talking points for your testimony.
3)Write a Letter to the Editor: Would you be interested in writing a Letter to the Editor to be printed in your local and statewide papers? Please let me know and I can help provide talking points or a draft letter!
